Job summary

Harrods in London invites applications for an on-site Oyster Technician role in our brand-new Service Centre. You will ensure timepieces are correctly cased after servicing and support the flow of watches through the workshop.

Rolex Level 20 Accreditation and knowledge of basic mechanical watch movements are required. You should be collaborative, with strong communication skills and great attention to detail. The position is permanent and on-site, with 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Rolex Level 20 Accreditation is required.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical watch movement is essential.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and high attention to detail are important.

Responsibilities

• Casing up timepieces following SOP after servicing.
• Perform waterproof testing procedures.
• Complete Rolex Quick Service including bracelet/strap adjustments and link adjustments.
• Allocate spare parts to the correct job.
• Provide training to new starters within the workshop.
• Provide administrative support to the workshop team.
