Job summary

Harrods Fine Watches is seeking a Quality Control Associate to inspect final service stages and ensure flawless performance and appearance for our luxury timepieces. Reporting to the Oyster Team Manager, you’ll perform final QC, validate timing tests, and ensure adherence to Rolex service standards on-site.

You’ll also train new starters, support the workshop team administratively, and uphold Harrods and Rolex policies in a fast-paced environment that delivers exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Level 20 Rolex Accreditation (desirable) and basic mechanical watch movement knowledge.
• Understand luxury customer expectations and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Performing final quality control on all watches, including cases, bracelets, and internal movements.
• Checking and validating timing tests before sign-off.
• Ensuring all work meets Rolex service standards for quality, lead time, and cost.
• Carrying out Rolex “Quick Service” tasks such as bracelet, strap, and link adjustments.
• Training new starters within the wider department to uphold consistent standards.
• Providing administrative support to the workshop team.
• Following all relevant Harrods and Rolex policies and procedures.
