Job summary

Harrods is seeking an experienced Watchmaker for our Service Centre in Knightsbridge. You will perform full services, dial and hand fitting, and partial repairs on Rolex calibres up to complication modules, ensuring work meets Rolex quality standards and lead times.

You will support Service Technicians, maintain tooling, and complete testing documentation before passing to Quality Control. The role is on-site, five days a week, with training on movement modules as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in advanced watchmaking and servicing of luxury timepieces.
• Experience with Rolex calibres and movement modules preferred.
• Ability to problem solve within a high-precision workshop.

Responsibilities

• Read the job card to ensure the customers’ requirements are met.
• Ensuring that all spare parts used are allocated to the correct job.
• Ensure any additional required spare parts are ordered according to current policies and procedures.
• Communicating the status of assigned repairs to the administrative staff as needed.
• Ensure high maintenance of all machinery, tooling & mops.
