Rocksteady Music School Limited is seeking a full-time Band Leader in Oxfordshire to teach rock and pop band lessons in schools. You’ll manage multiple sites weekly, teaching at least two instruments, and support students’ confidence and performance in live end-of-term concerts.

No prior teaching experience is required as full training is provided, and you’ll travel between schools with your own transport. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.

Qualifikationen

• No teaching experience required; full training, support and development provided.
• A UK/EU driving licence and own transport are essential.

Aufgaben

• Teach groups of primary-age children in a rock and pop band format across multiple schools.
• Teach instruments: drums, guitar, bass, keyboard and vocals.
• Work independently within a remote team of band leaders and central teams.
• Inspire children to perform live at end-of-term concerts and support their wellbeing through music.
• Represent Rocksteady, building relationships with schools, teachers and parents.
• Be prepared for active days and travel between schools with equipment.
