Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Validation Engineer to lead test definition, planning and data-driven verification on our HMND‑01 Alpha platform. You’ll translate requirements into structured procedures, set acceptance criteria, and run validation on real rigs.

You’ll work with test and validation engineers, acquire high quality data with DAQ systems, generate engineering reports, and help build repeatable processes for robotic subsystems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a test and validation environment in robotics, aerospace, or automotive.
• Experience writing test procedures, test plans, or acceptance criteria from engineering requirements.
• Working CAD skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Experience with electromechanical test and measurement equipment and at least one DAQ platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and plan tests from engineering requirements; create structured procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Set up and operate measurement equipment for electromechanical testing; manage DAQ projects.
• Execute tests, log deviations, and produce engineering reports with plots and observations.
• Assist in 5S on the lab floor and coordinate with suppliers for parts and fixtures.
