Job summary

Humanoid is building HMND-01 Alpha, a rapidly developed humanoid platform. We are seeking a Hardware Integration and Development Engineer to bring up, integrate and validate the electronics behind end effectors and human-worn interfaces.

You will fuse sensors, compute platforms and PCBs, debug at electrical, firmware and mechanical boundaries, and support test and validation in a fast-paced robotics environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in hardware integration, bring-up or embedded systems.
• Experience with sensor integration and diverse compute platforms.

Responsibilities

• Bring up new PCB/PCBA revisions and verify power rails.
• Integrate sensors, encoders, cameras and IMUs with compute platforms.
• Validate interfaces: I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, USB, CAN, EtherCAT, MIPI.
• Develop calibration routines and diagnostics for hardware.
• Support hardware test rigs, trials and validation activities.
• Document interfaces and bring-up procedures clearly.
