Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a highly driven Product Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end development and deployment of our next-generation humanoid robot fleet—from Alpha prototype to production and mass deployment.

You'll coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance, champion governance, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, on-cost delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards across hardware and software systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years in programme or project management in tech or product development.
• PM qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme management from planning to deployment.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to align resources.
• Develop programme plans, risk registers, dependency maps and stage gates.
• Champion governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain momentum.
• Support scope, prioritisation and trade-offs in development cycles.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and unblock issues.
• Own programme budget planning and cost reporting across phases.
• Collaborate with TPMs on locomotion, sensing, and safety workstreams.
• Translate KPIs into cost, schedule and quality reporting.
