Job summary

Humanoid is building the world’s most capable humanoid robots and seeks a Product Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end development and deployment of the Alpha prototype to production, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Operations and Marketing to ensure on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to drive a safe, scalable humanoid solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Formal project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Proven track record delivering complex hardware/software programmes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, finance and supply chain.
• Experience with budget planning and cost control for tech programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme management of Humanoid's robot fleet development and deployment from planning to obsolescence.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Development and Finance to align resources and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, risk registers, dependency maps, and stage gates for transparent delivery.
• Champion governance, reporting, and communication to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks and issues early to maintain momentum.
• Own programme budget planning and management across development, testing, tooling, and deployment.
