Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own planning and execution of complex robotics development projects across hardware and software, coordinating across London, Boston, and Vancouver to deliver integrated humanoid platforms.

You will drive end-to-end portfolio planning, manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and lead cross-functional teams including Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and AI/ML with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate experience as a project/program manager leading new product development.
• Degree in robotics, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical background in hardware, firmware, and software development.
• Solid understanding of agile software and sequenced hardware lifecycles.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work occasional later hours to align with Boston/Vancouver time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of a robot NPI portfolio with cross-functional scope.
• Coordinate across Systems, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, AI/ML, and more.
• Track progress, identify risks, mitigate blockers, and keep plans on track.
• Lead and influence global teams across London, Boston and Vancouver.
• Provide clear program communications tailored to stakeholders and leadership.
