If you love to travel, this is the career for you! We are seeking Field Service Engineers nationwide who are mechanically inclined and possess excellent customer service skills to troubleshoot and service our automation robots and related equipment.
Job Summary: The Field Service Engineer maintains ScriptPro’s computer-based technology and automation equipment at customer sites, both nationally and internationally. This role involves extensive travel. You will have the opportunity to earn travel points for airlines and rentals.
Reporting Relationship: Supervisor, Field Service
Work Schedule: Typically a rotating schedule of 9 days on, 5 days off. Overtime is common and compensated. Punctuality and regular attendance are essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay is $24/hour or approximately $50K/year, with overtime and bonuses available. Final compensation depends on education, skills, experience, and location. Pre-Employment Conditions:
Due to working with healthcare clients including federal agencies, candidates must pass security and health screenings, including vaccines and background checks. Valid passports, clean legal records, and compliance with immigration policies are required for cross-border work.
Working Conditions:
The role involves both office and shop environments, with exposure to dust, odors, noise, and mechanical parts. It requires physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and working with tools. Vision and coordination skills are necessary, along with the ability to interpret instructions and solve practical problems. Extended travel is expected.
