Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Business Development Specialist to provide administrative, operational and coordination support to the BD team, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely follow-up on commercial activities. You will manage CRM records, support lead research, organise customer meetings and coordinate NDAs, proposals, and other BD documents while collaborating with Legal, Engineering and Product.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales Ops or similar.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot and other systems.
• Robotics/tech industry experience desirable.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• BD team support: daily operational and administrative support.
• CRM management: maintain customer records, leads and opportunities.
• Lead management: research, qualification, and follow-up activities.
• Customer coordination: meetings, site visits, demos and follow-ups.
• Commercial documentation: NDAs, proposals and agreements.
• Pipeline support: track opportunities and progress.
• Reporting: BD activity reports and meeting summaries.
• Cross-functional coordination: liaise with Legal, Engineering, Product.
• Event support: trade shows and customer visits.
• Process support: maintain workflows and identify improvements.
