Job summary

Humanoid is building the world’s most capable humanoid platform and is hiring its first Senior/Lead Executive Recruiter. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to close leadership and niche technical hires in robotics and manufacturing.

Lead end-to-end executive searches, map markets, leverage AI tools and ATS, and build a strong senior-talent network. This fast-paced role offers direct access to founding leadership and impactful ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Senior/Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant.
• Experience closing senior and leadership roles in competitive markets.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations.
• Own and deliver on highly complex and hard-to-fill roles requiring market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools and networks.
• Act as a lead closer, managing offers and candidate negotiations.
• Build a strong network of senior talent across robotics and manufacturing.
• Provide market intelligence including compensation benchmarks and competitor landscape.
• Champion a fast-paced, high-quality hiring process with strong candidate experience.
• Utilize ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to drive efficient, data-driven hiring.
