Humanoid in Greater London is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the BD team, organize meetings, manage CRM, and coordinate cross‑functional workflows in a fast‑growing robotics environment.

You will engage with stakeholders, help prepare proposals, track opportunities, and contribute to reporting and process improvements while working closely with Legal, Engineering and Product to drive commercial success.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of relevant BD or sales operations experience.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot and accurate record-keeping.
• Experience in robotics or technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with BD, Legal, Engineering and Product teams.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the BD team.
• Maintain customer records, leads and opportunities in the CRM.
• Assist lead research, qualification, allocation and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate customer meetings, site visits, demos and follow-ups.
• Coordinate NDAs, proposals and other BD documents.
• Track opportunities and engagement progress.
• Prepare BD activity reports and meeting summaries for management.
• Facilitate communication between BD, Legal, Engineering, Product and other departments.
• Support trade shows, exhibitions and customer visits.
• Help maintain workflows and suggest process improvements.
