Job summary

Humanoid is recruiting a Business Development Specialist to support the BD team in the UK. The role focuses on CRM management, lead coordination, and customer communications, enabling smooth daily operations as we scale our humanoid platform in real industrial environments.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare commercial documentation, and help track pipeline progress while collaborating with BD, Legal, Engineering and Product teams in a fast-paced, innovative robotics setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales Operations or similar roles.
• Experience with HubSpot and CRM systems to manage records, leads and pipeline data.
• Desirable background in robotics, automation, AI or technology-driven industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the BD team.
• Maintain CRM records, leads and opportunities; track pipeline actions.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, demonstrations and follow-ups with customers.
• Assist with NDAs, proposals, agreements and other BD documents.
• Prepare BD activity reports and meeting summaries for management.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between BD, Legal, Engineering and Product.
