Job summary

Coaltown Coffee Roasters is seeking a Head of Roastery Operations & Compliance to lead strategic and operational functions across production, inventory, warehouse, and goods-in, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with legal and company standards.

Working with the Directors and Senior Management, you will foster an accountable, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement, quality systems, health and safety, and sustainable long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational leadership of all Roastery functions, ensuring safety, efficiency, compliance and alignment with Coaltown's values.
• Provide leadership across production, inventory management, warehouse operations, goods-in, compliance, health & safety, quality systems and continuous improvement.
• Create an operational culture built on accountability, collaboration, innovation and excellence while meeting legal, regulatory and company standards.
