Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience in technical management within food or beverage manufacturing.
• An expert in coffee roasting or beverage processing.
• Expert knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Management, and Regulatory Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust Technical governance across regional platforms.
• Lead Technical oversight of coffee roasteries.
• Approve and monitor supplier performance.
• Manage the Technical commercialisation process for new beverage products.
• Identify and manage food safety and quality risks.
• Conduct Technical investigations and ensure corrective actions.
