Job summary

Coaltown Coffee Roasters is seeking a Head of Roastery Operations & Compliance to lead strategic and operational functions across production, inventory, warehouse, and goods-in, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with legal and company standards.

Working with the Directors and Senior Management, you will foster an accountable, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement, quality systems, health and safety, and sustainable long-term growth.

Head Of Roastery Operations & Compliance

The Head of Roastery Operations & Compliance is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all Roastery functions, ensuring the business operates safely, efficiently, compliantly and in line with Coaltown's values and long-term objectives.

Working alongside the Directors and Senior Management Team, this role provides leadership across production, inventory management, warehouse operations, goods-in, compliance, health & safety, quality systems and continuous improvement.
