Anglian Country Inns is seeking a Roaming Manager to lead operations across our award-winning East Anglia sites. You will drive sales, deliver budgets, develop your teams and model our culture with a smile.

You will travel between restaurants, hotels and events, apply our procedures, coach staff, and raise the guest experience while upholding our values of making people happy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurant, hotel and events across multiple sites.
• Ensure consistent delivery of our culture and procedures at each site.
• Develop and grow teams; coach and motivate staff.
• Safely manage budgets and drive sales to meet targets.
• Act as a role model and uphold Anglian Country Inns values.

• Supporting ACI as a responsible Manager in the day-to-day operational running of the site, from restaurant to hotel and events
• Being comfortable applying our procedures and culture in different ACI sites and communicating that well
• Managing, developing and growing your team – being a great communicator
• Taking responsibility for your role and thinking on your feet when needed
• Being a great role model and setting the standards for our guests and team
