The White Horse in Hitchin is looking for a Sous Chef with a calm and confident presence to support and lead the kitchen team. You will enhance food experiences, ensure safety measures, and communicate effectively with the Head Chef.

As a Roaming Chef You are able to mix it in most environments, supporting your host kitchen to run the team whilst upholding and promoting our values. • Drive standards and knowledge to create food Wow moments
• Champion your section and the ACI Food Journey to exceed our guests’ expectations
• Communicate regularly and appropriately with your Head Chef
• Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers
• Take lead in planning key dates and events
• Communicate positively with the team
• Being a great role model and setting the standards for our guests and team
• Displaying the ACI values each and every day and working towards our company mission of ‘making people happy’
