RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to deliver expert mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and get members back on the road quickly with confident, safety-focused service.

The role offers a structured development pathway, ongoing training and IMI accreditation, plus strong pay with realistic bonus potential and overtime, and benefits designed to support your career and well-being.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience
• 5+ years’ experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Mansioni

• Deliver mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs and get members back on the road quickly
• Use latest diagnostic technology to identify faults and provide clear, confident solutions
• Work independently to diagnose faults and support members’ journeys safely
