Job summary
RAC is hiring a Roadside Technician to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, perform quick fixes and help members continue their journeys safely, often working independently with autonomy and decision-making on the roadside.

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

- Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
- Diagnose faults, provide quick, confident solutions to keep members moving.
- Work independently to diagnose faults and help members continue their journeys safely.
- Combine technical expertise with strong customer service on the roadside.
