The AA is seeking a Roadside Rescue Mechanic to be the friendly face of the UK's largest motoring organisation. You’ll respond to breakdowns, work on a van, and help drivers get back on the road in any weather.

Essential are NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a full UK driving licence (6 points or less), and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Guaranteed earnings £38,270 with OTE up to £60,000.

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience
• Full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
• Confidence using and adapting to new technology, tools will be provided
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Shifts: As a patrol you will work on average 40 hour week with a variety of shift pattern options available, you have the flexibility to choose a schedule that best suits your personal and professional needs. The number of rest days you enjoy each year, as well as the length of your shifts will vary based on the shift pattern you select.

• It's essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
• Confidence using and adapting to new technology we'll provide the tools, you bring the curiosity.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays because breakdowns don't stick to a schedule.
