Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks Digital Engineers to join its Roads Digital Engineering team, merging engineering knowledge with digital technologies to improve project delivery.

You will work with ProjectWise, Autodesk, SharePoint and other platforms to develop workflows, coordinate models and deliver reusable digital solutions across infrastructure projects. The role offers hybrid UK-wide work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Engineering areas such as BIM, Information Management, CDE management, automation, GIS or data.
• Understanding of infrastructure project delivery and how digital tech improves delivery.
• Experience with digital platforms and technologies (ProjectWise, iTwin, Autodesk, SharePoint, Power Platform, FME, ArcGIS, Python, C#, Dynamo, Grasshopper).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; proactive in learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Mobilisation and delivery of Digital Engineering across projects.
• Set up and support CDEs and digital collaboration platforms (ProjectWise, Autodesk, SharePoint).
• Develop and improve workflows for creation, management, review and delivery of project information.
• Support design coordination through model federation, clash detection and issue management.
• Implement and improve engineering apps, CAD/BIM environments, standards and digital assurance processes.
• Apply automation and computational techniques to improve processes and data quality.
• Develop digital tools, scripts, dashboards and integrated workflows (Power Platform, FME, Python, C#, Dynamo, Grasshopper).
• Structure, analyse and visualise project data to support delivery and decisions.
• Support GIS, location intelligence and asset information workflows and integration across systems.
