Job summary

WSP is seeking Digital Engineers to join its Roads Digital Engineering team in the UK to advance digital delivery across infrastructure projects. You will blend engineering knowledge with digital tech to improve project delivery, QA, and collaboration through CDEs, automation and data-driven approaches.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to set up digital workflows, implement engineering applications, and develop reusable tools and templates that can be applied across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital engineering, BIM, information management or data-enabled project delivery.
• Understanding of engineering/infrastructure delivery and how digital tools enhance outcomes.
• Experience with digital platforms/workflows in multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to translate challenges into practical digital solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Familiarity with: ProjectWise, iTwin, Autodesk, SharePoint, Power Platform, FME, ArcGIS, Python, C#, Dynamo, Grasshopper.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure and support Common Data Environments and digital collaboration platforms.
• Develop and improve digital workflows for creating, managing and delivering project information.
• Support design coordination through model federation, design reviews and issue management.
• Assist in implementation and continuous improvement of CAD/BIM environments, standards and digital assurance processes.
• Develop digital tools, scripts and dashboards using Power Platform, FME, Python, C#, Dynamo and Grasshopper.
