Responsabilidades

• Accurately process bookings from clients and overseas agents in the system.
• Need to fetch?
• Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment movements.
• Proactively manage and resolve shipment issues and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support with day-to-day operational activities for Freight Account Managers.
• Process sales and purchase invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate across departments.
• Follow quality, security, and health & safety standards to ensure compliance and best practice.
