Job summary

MIU Consulting in Rugby, Warwickshire, is seeking a bright, enthusiastic sales professional to join the commercial team. You will own the sales journey from spotting opportunities through pitching and finalizing new customers for road freight services.

Build and manage a robust pipeline across the UK and EU, lead customer meetings and site visits, and represent the business at industry events. Hybrid working is possible with a negotiable base of £40,000 plus car allowance and bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales and business development experience in freight/logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales journey from spotting opportunities to pitching and closing with new customers for road freight.
• Build a strong UK & EU road freight pipeline.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions.
• Work with Head of Sales to design freight solutions that meet customer needs.
