Job summary

WR Logistics is seeking a Road Freight Business Development Manager to win new business across domestic and international road freight. This remote role offers £45K-£65K base plus commission and a company car or allowance.

You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, identify opportunities, negotiate rates and close profitable deals, and work with internal operations to develop tailored transport solutions that drive revenue growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven BDM experience within road freight or European road transport.
• A strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new customers.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The drive to work autonomously and deliver results.
