Job summary

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is seeking a temporary worker to support Team Leaders across the Responsive Repairs, Planned, HM&E and Voids teams within the Repairs and Maintenance Service. You will help align resources to operational activity using the scheduling and diary management system to ensure the right resource is in the right location at the right time.

The role emphasizes delivering high performance and continuous improvement geared toward a customer-focused service.

This is a temporary role and the rate is £12.83ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support the Team Leaders within the Responsive Repairs, Planned, HM&E and Voids teams across the Repairs and Maintenance Service to deliver the operational priorities of their service/business area achieving the right resource, in the right location and at the right time.

They will ensure resources are aligned to operational activity through the use of the organisations scheduling and diary management system and will directly contribute to delivering high performance and continuous improvement within the service/business area to deliver a customer focused service.
