Working with Contact Centres, Digital teams and field operatives, you will drive consistent ways of working, improve scheduling efficiency and shape the customer experience from first contact to repair completion.

Repairs Scheduling Manager needed in Stevenage

This is a temporary role and the rate is £28.30ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead and inspire a high-performing team of approximately 60 Repair Planners, Team Leaders and Planners, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.

They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient scheduling and management of repair appointments, delivering outstanding customer service through accurate diagnosis, timely communication and effective resolution of repairs.

Working closely with Contact Centres, Digital teams, field-based operatives and wider business stakeholders, they will drive consistency in ways of working, maximise operational performance and contribute to the development of an industry-leading repair booking service. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and embedding the 'Ideal Repair Booking Experience', ensuring customers can easily access services through their preferred channels and receive a seamless, positive experience from initial contact through to repair completion.
