We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our expanding Risk and Compliance team, playing a key role in supporting risk management and compliance initiatives. This role involves identifying, managing, and mitigating risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will work with teams across Legal, Finance, Security, and operations to develop and support action plans that safeguard our business, build trust, and comply with evolving standards. A significant aspect of this role is the implementation of a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool to streamline processes. Responsibilities include defining requirements, configuring workflows, managing data migration, testing, training, and supporting end-users to embed the tool into daily operations, enhancing visibility, compliance, and reporting.

Core Responsibilities

1. Policy Implementation: Support development and enforcement of governance, risk, and compliance policies.
