Excel London is seeking a Rigging Coordinator on a 12–14 month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover) to support rigging services across exhibitions, live events, and immersive experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll manage the rigging inbox, prepare quotes, assist with POs, supplier queries and invoicing, and build strong relationships with organisers, exhibitors, and suppliers while delivering excellent customer service by phone, email and live chat.

We’re looking for a Rigging Coordinator to join our team on a 12–14 month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume events environment, supporting the delivery of rigging services across exhibitions, live events, and immersive experiences.

About the role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the rigging function, acting as a central point of contact for enquiries, managing quotes, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Preparing quotes and ensuring accurate data entry
• Supporting the team with administration (POs, supplier queries, invoicing)
• Building strong relationships with organisers, exhibitors, and suppliers
• Delivering excellent customer service across phone, email, and live chat

• Has strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment
• Has experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
