Job summary

Lime Talent Ltd is recruiting an RGM Controller for a leading international FMCG business based in London. This highly visible commercial leadership role translates category strategy into plans across pricing, promotions, range, and retailer negotiations, with 3 days in the office.

You will lead a team, partner with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, and drive data-led recommendations to maximise commercial performance while delivering value to retailers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue growth management or FMCG commercial finance.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent organisation and resilience in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of pricing, promotions, range and retailer negotiations.
• Manage and develop a team with clear priorities.
• Partner with Sales to align category plans and sell-in initiatives.
• Develop data-led recommendations balancing business and customer objectives.
• Monitor performance and adapt plans based on insights.
• Work with Finance and Supply Chain to support forecasting and resolve supply challenges.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to wider planning.
• Translate complex information into clear actions and recommendations.
