The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with flawless execution, driving category growth, increasing brand visibility and delivering commercially impactful campaigns in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing or Retail Media.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel activation across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to evaluate campaign ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership or people-management experience is advantageous.
• Passion for shopper behaviour and turning insights into action.
• Breadth of experience beyond shopper marketing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead omnichannel shopper marketing strategies across key retail customers.
• Create and deliver annual shopper marketing plans aligned to commercial and brand objectives.
• Manage shopper marketing investment and budgets with ROI focus.
• Lead the execution of retail media, in-store activation and digital campaigns.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category and Insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with retailer contacts, agencies and media providers.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; use insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead development of activation solutions, POS materials and in-store execution strategies.
• Coach and develop team members while driving best practice.
• Influence senior stakeholders and shape wider customer and channel strategy.
