Job summary

Northern Trust Asset Management in London (Canary Wharf) is seeking an RFP professional to join the International RFP team. You will complete RFPs, DDQs and questionnaires for investment consultants and clients across EMEA and APAC, coordinating with multiple departments.

The role requires over two years of Asset Management RFP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Over two years of Asset Management RFP experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Familiarity with RFP/due diligence processes and databases.

Responsibilities

• Follow established RFP processes to complete high-calibre standard and non-standard RFPs, RFIs, Consultant Questionnaires and potentially DDQs.
• Add value to the RFP process using an understanding of regional/local client/prospect investment and regulatory requirements and completing the task within the stated timeframe.
• Create robust audit trails for reviewed content by Subject Matter Experts and critically review content for quality.
• Work on multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Maintain and analyse metrics and the Qvidian database for the EMEA and APAC regions.
• Maintain Consultant Databases if required and assist RFP Manager with ad-hoc requests.
