Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an International RFP professional to join the NTAM International RFP team based in Canary Wharf, London. The role focuses on completing RFPs, RFIs and related questionnaires for EMEA and APAC, coordinating with multiple departments to deliver high-quality responses.

The candidate should have over two years of Asset Management RFP experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

• Over two years Asset Management RFP experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
• Proficiency with statistical information and ability to interpret financial data.
• Ability to demonstrate urgency and initiative with short deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills with a team‑player approach.
• Excellent organisation skills, able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Follow our established RFP processes to complete high calibre standard and non-standard RFPs, RFIs, Consultant Questionnaires and potentially DDQs.
• Add value to the RFP process using an understanding of regional/local client/prospect investment and regulatory requirements and completing the task within the stated timeframe.
• Create robust audit trails for reviewed content by Subject Matter Experts and critically review content for quality.
• Work on multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Maintain and analyse metrics.
• Maintain the Qvidian database for the EMEA and APAC regions and ensure content stays fresh and compliant.
• Maintain Consultant Databases if required.
• Manage the process for business unit invoices.
• Assist RFP Manager and team with ad‑hoc requests.
