Job summary

Qualifications

• The role requires over two years of Asset Management RFP experience.
• Strong interest in asset management topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data and analyze statistics.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow established RFP processes to complete high calibre standard and non-standard RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.
• Add value to RFPs by understanding regional client requirements and meet deadlines.
• Create robust audit trails and ensure content quality with Subject Matter Experts.
• Manage multiple deadlines concurrently and maintain metrics.
• Maintain the Qvidian database for EMEA and APAC regions.
• Support invoicing and assist RFP Manager with ad-hoc requests.
