United Infrastructure is seeking a Rewards and Benefits Partner to shape and oversee pay, benefits, and pensions guidance across HR and leaders. You will use data, market knowledge, and governance frameworks to ensure competitive, compliant reward offerings.

Working with HR stakeholders and providers, you will manage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, benefit renewals, and benchmarking. The role combines operational excellence with strategic advice to support an equitable employee experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or an HR Advisor role with data analysis.
  • Experience supporting benefits administration across multiple providers with insured benefits.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while advising stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking and job evaluation; familiarity with reward tools.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on pay, incentives, and benefits with data-driven insights.
  • Support annual salary reviews and bonus cycles with data management and benchmarking.
  • Maintain pay structures, job evaluation processes, and grading frameworks.
  • Assist in administration and improvement of incentive schemes.
  • Support benefits renewals, liaising with providers and managing costs.
  • Work across a range of benefits and providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to improving the employee value proposition and manage legacy arrangements as needed.
  • Use data and reporting to identify trends and support HR decision-making.
  • Prepare insights and reports to support HR leadership decisions.
