About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reward Specialist to join our team. You will support the Senior Reward Manager, Europe & USA, in delivering the annual reward processes and projects effectively. Your role will involve analyzing data and providing clear insights and guidance to inform decisions on pay and benefits.

This role is suited for someone currently working at a Junior Reward Partner level and looking to advance their career.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will be analytical, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks, including proficiency with modeling and data analysis. You should be able to present insightful recommendations based on data insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Integrity and discretion are critical as you will handle sensitive employee compensation data. If you are proactive, a strategic thinker, thrive in dynamic environments, and stay updated with industry trends, we would love to hear from you!
