About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reward Specialist to join our team.As a Reward Specialist, you will support the Senior Reward Manager in delivering key reward initiatives across Europe and the USA. You will lead the implementation of the EU Pay Directive, including job evaluation, benchmarking, and the creation of pay structures. You’ll provide clear, data-driven insights to inform reward decisions, manage benefit renewals, and lead on gender pay gap reporting. Your role will be integral in aligning reward practices with Cognita’s strategic goals, employee value proposition, and ESG commitments, while ensuring compliance with evolving legislation and driving continuous improvement in reward strategy and communication.

You are a highly analytical and organised reward professional with strong experience in compensation, benefits, and project delivery across multiple countries. You thrive on translating complex data into actionable insights and are confident advising senior stakeholders. With excellent communication skills and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset, you adapt quickly to change and are comfortable managing multiple priorities. You bring a deep understanding of job evaluation, benchmarking, and legislative developments such as the EU Pay Directive.
