You will lead job architecture initiatives, benchmark against the market, and provide expert advice to P&C teams and leaders, navigating regulatory changes and reporting needs

We are seeking a Reward Manager to contribute to enhancing reward strategy and practices across the UK and Ireland, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on salary reviews, annual bonus cycles, and reward policy development., This role will act as a trusted reward partner across business units, supporting equitable compensation, effective job architecture, and compliance with evolving reward regulations.,

• Develop, implement, and maintain reward policies and procedures that support the organisation's compensation strategy.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
• Oversee annual salary review and bonus processes, including data analysis, budgeting, and communications.
• Provide expert reward advice and guidance to P&C teams and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant compensation and benefits legislation and regulations.
• Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
• Lead reward-related projects and initiatives that support strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of job architecture, ensuring consistency in job grading and evaluation.

  We are looking for a commercially minded reward professional with experience in fast paced, high volume environments., Proven reward background with experience in the creation and implementation of reward strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Strong understanding of job evaluation, job architecture, and grading frameworks.
• Experience operating within a fast paced and high volume business environment.
• Commercially minded approach with the ability to balance business needs and reward best practice.
• Experience monitoring reward programme effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive and gender pay gap reporting.
• Ability to stay informed on market trends, compensation developments, and reward best practice.
