Job summary

ISS Facility Services is seeking a Response Cleaner to support the KAN business in self-delivered activities within the UK sector. The role involves delivering recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio and working with account teams to ensure frontline compliance and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with front-line colleagues while maintaining a strong customer focus and time management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a comparable cleaning role is required.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of cleaning operational activities across sites within remit.
• Respond to requests from the Sector Manager as required.
• Complete periodic cleaning tasks in line with client specifications and scheduled requirements, achieving 100% completion.
• Adhere to all client-specific security procedures and policies at all times.
• Maintain positive working relationships with client representatives and company personnel.
• Ensure familiarity with opening and lock-up procedures across all assigned contracts.
• Conduct site familiarisation for new employees, covering cleaning regimes, waste procedures, opening and lock-up procedures, and air lock door procedures.
• Maintain tidy storerooms, ensure stock is stored correctly, monitor consumable levels, and elevate any shortages or issues to the relevant manager.

We are seeking a Response Cleaner to support the KAN business in all aspects of self-delivered activities within the aligned UK sector. The successful candidate will work alongside direct and indirect account teams to ensure effective service delivery, frontline compliance, and the delivery of recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio., We are looking for a flexible and proactive individual who can deliver cleaning services in line with client specifications and service level agreements (SLAs). Rotas will be allocated by the Sector Manager on a weekly or daily basis within an 8-hour working window, requiring adaptability and strong time management skills.,
