About this role:

We are seeking an experienced and people-centric individual to join our Core Services team as a Reward Delivery Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead and drive our global Reward operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of our compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our workforce.

You will lead a dedicated team located in various regions. Your expertise in managing cyclical reward activities and implementing strategic initiatives will contribute to the overall success of our organisation's Reward function.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing visionary leadership in shaping the organisation's Reward strategy and Service Delivery model.
  • Mentoring and developing a team of Reward analysts (9 in total) across regions to build a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Overseeing the delivery of compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs, including salary benchmarking, gender/equal pay, severance calculations, incentive pay, equity programs, job grading, recognition initiatives, benefits management, and international relocations.
  • Participating in global projects as project owner, such as annual compensation cycles, promotion cycles, reorganisations, and technology implementations.
  • Collaborating with the People Experience Team to operationalise a comprehensive global reward strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Leading the implementation of reward and benefits technology to support strategic initiatives, working with internal stakeholders.
  • Utilising data analytics and market trends to continuously improve reward strategies and processes.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulations.
What you will bring:
  • Extensive experience in reward functions, including compensation, benefits, and global mobility, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Global experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and HRIS systems for reward analysis and reporting.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor and collaborate effectively.
  • Pragmatic, creative, and negotiation skills to develop attractive reward solutions and manage external contracts.
