Job Description:

Fantastic opportunity for a Dynamics Delivery Lead with extensive experience across D365 Customer Insights and Journeys. The role is predominantly remote, requiring onsite presence only a couple of times a month.

Microsoft Dynamics Delivery Lead Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience leading Dynamics 365 projects, especially in Customer Insights and Journeys.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics Marketing.
• Expertise in delivery management with a commercial mindset.
• Proven mentoring skills, with a focus on training, upskilling, and a people-centric approach emphasizing L&D and coaching.
• Excellent knowledge of Dynamics and the broader Microsoft tech stack.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical staff and clients.
• Experience in client-facing roles involving interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working within a Kanban team environment.
