Position Overview:
Catalyst Partners is partnering with a leading private equity firm seeking a highly analytical Reward Associate to join their team. In this role, you will work alongside Reward leadership and HR partners to manage, analyze, and optimize global compensation initiatives, including salary cycles, incentive programs, and employee co-investment schemes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead aspects of the annual compensation cycle and ensure smooth execution.
- Manage the HRIS system (Workday) to support reward operations.
- Drive the rollout of employee equity and co-investment programs.
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Excel and Power BI for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support compensation integration efforts following acquisitions and business changes.
- Calculate bonus and equity payouts, ensuring alignment with policies and business events.
- Assist in drafting committee reports related to compensation decisions.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses for new hires and internal promotions.
- Design predictive models to support compensation planning and scenario forecasting.
- Act as a trusted advisor on reward-related inquiries, providing data-driven insights to HR and business leaders.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in compensation or reward, ideally within an in-house or consulting role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Strong analytical skills, including expertise in managing large datasets.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, with experience in data visualization.
- Familiarity with market benchmarking methodologies.
- Solid understanding of compensation structures and reward principles.
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly via presentations.
- A natural problem solver with a keen analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working in Workday and/or McLagan compensation tools.
