Job Description:

Reward and Recognition Frameworks and Processes:

  • Design and develop Carbon Clean’s Reward strategy to support attraction, retention, and motivation of employees.
  • Manage recognition programmes aligning with company values and engagement goals, contributing to EVP.
  • Collaborate across departments to create recognition initiatives, including milestone celebrations and peer recognition.
  • Oversee salary benchmarking, utilize market intelligence and internal data to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Lead cyclical reward processes, including bonuses, incentives, promotions, and salary budgeting, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Communicate reward strategies clearly through presentations, workshops, and informational materials, working with the wider People team.
  • Manage benefits programmes across geographies, ensuring quality and value from providers.
  • Incorporate wellbeing into reward and recognition strategies.
  • Develop and refine job architecture to reflect current work practices and long-term goals.
  • Update salary structures and total reward offerings based on business needs.
  • Use job grading methodologies to maintain consistency across roles.
  • Stay informed on market trends to keep offerings competitive and relevant.
Business Partnership
  • Lead inclusion initiatives within Reward, collaborating with the People team and managing diversity reporting requirements.
  • Partner with People Leaders and People Partners as the reward and job sizing expert to support organization design and understand costs.
  • Serve as the reward SME for business transactions, M&A, and major change programmes.
  • Work with Finance to manage costs associated with compensation.
  • Advise leaders on pay decisions, policies, and market trends.

  • Proven reward experience in a fast-paced, progressive environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and Excel proficiency.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment, managing ambiguity and pressure effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
