Job summary

Career Moves Group is seeking a Reward & Benefits Specialist/Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will own benefits renewals, help design global reward structures, and work closely with the Director of Total Reward as the function is built out.

The role requires hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Victoria-based with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or similar analyst role
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments — scaling business background welcome
• A clear sense of “what good looks like” in reward and benefits practice
• Strong, articulate communicator who can influence and build relationships at all levels
• Genuinely happy to roll up their sleeves — this is a hands‑on, benefits‑heavy role as much as a strategic one

We’ve been retained on an exclusive, urgent basis to find a Reward & Benefits Specialist for a high-growth organisation currently building out its global Compensation & Benefits function from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to join at a genuinely foundational stage. A newly appointed Director of Total Reward has just come on board and is establishing structure where very little currently exists, including a full review of executive compensation and a complete rebuild of the benefits offering. You’ll be a key hire in that build-out, working closely with the Director from day one.
