Job summary

Funding Circle Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced RevOps & AI automation leader to improve capabilities for customer-facing teams and drive efficiency.

You will own KPI dashboards, analytics standards, and a roadmap for AI-enabled tooling across Sales, Service, and Collections. You will line-manage an AI & Automation manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in conversion and productivity while expanding the RevOps function into strategic

Qualifications

• Proven track record unlocking actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
• Hands-on with CRM, reporting, data analytics and AI with measurable results.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing to improve funnels.
• Ability to own and prioritize a roadmap with a small team.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the KPI suite, dashboards and weekly performance reporting for Sales, Service and Collections.
• Own the RevOps build roadmap and act as product manager and builder for AI tooling and automations.
• Line-manage the AI & Automation manager, setting direction and shipping in tandem.
• Identify and prioritize initiatives for the team that drive real business value.
• Drive operational efficiency gains across sales and contact-centre processes.
• Lead adoption of tools and best practices to increase conversion and productivity.
• Act on customer insight and drive improvements to customer journeys across teams.
• Lead a high-performing RevOps team expanding into strategic new revenue areas.
