Job summary

emagine is seeking a curious CRM & Revenue Operations Analyst to join our expanding RevOps function. The role blends hands-on HubSpot CRM administration with a broad remit across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure data, processes and tools support growth.

You'll collaborate with market teams and IT across our 14 markets, own data quality, dashboards and automation, and help translate insights into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, or a closely adjacent role.
• Solid working knowledge of CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a significant advantage and will be strongly prioritised.
• Analytically capable, with the ability to turn raw data into clear, usable business insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication across markets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop HubSpot CRM across markets, focusing on data quality and pipeline integrity.
• Build and document automation workflows, lifecycle stages, and data structures.
• Serve as main CRM contact for market teams, escalating where needed and closing the loop on issues.
