Focus Group is looking for a HubSpot CRM Manager to own the platform within the Revenue Operations function in the UK. The role drives strategy, governance, adoption, and continued development of HubSpot across the sales team.

You will align with Marketing HubSpot and translate sales needs into platform capabilities, shaping roadmaps and ensuring high data quality and measurable value.

Formación

• Hands-on HubSpot experience (admin/engineer/owner)
• Own CRM end-to-end: strategy, governance, development
• Strong understanding of sales workflows in HubSpot
• Experience working with Data/Tech teams on features & integrations
• Strong analytical skills for sales reporting
• Confident communicator with sales leaders & execs

Responsabilidades
