• STEM background and strong analytical rigour.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-scaling tech environment.
• Willingness to work long hours and handle repetitive admin tasks.
• Curiosity about how GTM, data, and systems connect in a B2B SaaS business.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day CRM administration: data hygiene, permissions and workflow upkeep.
• Stay ahead of releases and new features across our tools.
• Evaluate and set up new tools from evaluation through implementation.
• Improve data quality and propose fixes for incomplete data.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health and KPIs.
• Support incentive tracking and commission calculations.
• Onboard new GTM joiners and train them on tools and processes.
• Own recurring admin cadence and look for automation opportunities.
